should like to say a very big thank you to Kim Radley for all her help in the
sale of our Nursery in Aspley. Throughout the past year she kept in touch
regularly, and was there to guide us through the somewhat emotional process.
Kim made the negotiations relatively pain-free, and we were able to complete
the sale very quickly once a price had been agreed.

As
our sale is now complete and all monies settled we just wanted to pass on to
you our thanks to how your company dealt with all aspects of the sale. In
particular the effort and proactive way Charmaine kept us informed of
activities throughout the whole process and it is a pity she left just a few
days before completion so we cannot thank her personally.
We must admit that initially we were a little apprehensive about taking RDK on,
with having to deal with a negotiator so remote from our site. That was why
when we sold our first nursery we went with your main competitor who had an
office nearby in Bristol. To compare the experiences now using the quote "chalk
and cheese" is putting it mildly. Well Done!!
